Program name and description

South Valley Companies Service & Payment Notices. When you request well or pump service or apply for trade credit and provide your mobile number, South Valley Companies, Inc. ("SVC") and its affiliate Chemex Chemicals LLC may send you text messages about your request, including:

one-time secure links to complete a service authorization or credit application;
notices sent at least two business days before a charge to a payment method you saved with us;
appointment and completion updates, payment confirmations, and receipts;
replies to questions you send us.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number on a service request, credit application, or authorization form and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting START or YES to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most customers receive a few messages per service visit or invoice.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to every message sent and received. SVC does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also opt out by calling (661) 831-5703.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US carriers.
