Information we collect
- Contact and account information you give us when you request service, apply for credit, or sign a service authorization: name, mailing and service address, email, mobile number, and business details.
- Payment information. When you save a bank account or card with us, the details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We store only a reference ID, the account or card type, the bank name or card brand, and the last four digits. We never store full account or card numbers.
- Signature evidence when you sign electronically: your typed name, the date and time, your IP address, and browser information.
- Website data such as pages visited and device type, collected through standard server logs.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform, invoice, and collect payment for work you request.
- To evaluate credit applications, including contacting the bank and trade references you provide.
- To send service notices, appointment reminders, pre-charge payment notices, and receipts.
- To meet legal, tax, and licensing obligations, including California lien law notices where applicable.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you one-time links to complete forms, notices before a charge to your saved payment method, payment confirmations, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with
- Service providers that process payments (Stripe), send text messages and email, host our systems, and keep our accounting records. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Affiliated companies under common ownership, for the same purposes described above.
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, or record and enforce liens for unpaid work.
We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You may revoke a payment authorization in writing; revocation does not cancel amounts already owed.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or lien purposes.
Security and retention
We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.
